How Insurance Works at Our Practice
We’re in-network with most major PPO dental insurance plans and are happy to file claims directly with your insurer on your behalf. Before any major treatment, our team will provide a detailed estimate of your coverage and out-of-pocket cost so there are no surprises.
Don’t see your plan listed, or don’t have dental insurance? We still welcome you — ask our front desk about our in-house options and third-party financing.

Payment Options
Flexible Ways to Pay
Beyond insurance, we offer in-house payment plans and financing through CareCredit and LendingClub Patient Solutions, so cost is never a reason to delay care. Our team can walk you through every option and estimate a monthly payment before you commit to treatment.

Pre & Post-Procedure Care
Tap a topic below for aftercare instructions. Call us anytime if something doesn’t feel right.
After a Filling
- Avoid chewing on the treated side until numbness fully wears off, usually 2–3 hours.
- Mild sensitivity to hot, cold, or pressure is normal for a few days.
- Take over-the-counter pain relievers as needed if there is minor discomfort.
- Resume brushing and flossing normally the same day.
- Call our office if sensitivity lasts more than two weeks or if your bite feels uneven.
After a Tooth Extraction
- Bite firmly on the gauze for 30–45 minutes to help the blood clot form.
- Avoid rinsing, spitting forcefully, or using a straw for 24 hours to protect the clot.
- Stick to soft, cool foods like yogurt and mashed potatoes for the first day.
- Apply an ice pack in 20-minute intervals to reduce swelling.
- Avoid smoking and strenuous exercise for at least 48 hours.
After a Root Canal
- Wait until numbness wears off before eating to avoid biting your cheek or tongue.
- Mild soreness in the treated tooth and jaw is normal for a few days.
- Avoid chewing on the treated tooth until your permanent crown or filling is placed.
- Take prescribed or over-the-counter medication as directed for discomfort.
- Contact us right away if you notice swelling, a rash, or pain that worsens after a few days.
Caring for a New Crown
- Avoid sticky or very hard foods for the first 24 hours, especially with a temporary crown.
- Floss by sliding the floss out sideways rather than lifting up, to avoid dislodging a temporary crown.
- Some sensitivity to temperature is normal for a week or two after placement.
- Keep brushing twice daily, paying close attention to the gumline around the crown.
- Call us promptly if the crown feels loose, high, or falls out.
Every Day
Dental Health Tips
Brush Twice Daily
Brush for a full two minutes, morning and night, with a fluoride toothpaste.
Floss Once a Day
Flossing removes plaque and food between teeth that a brush can’t reach.
Replace Your Toothbrush
Swap your toothbrush or electric brush head every 3 months, or sooner if bristles fray.
Limit Sugary Snacks
Frequent snacking on sugar feeds the bacteria that cause cavities — save treats for mealtimes.
Don’t Skip Checkups
Visit us every 6 months so we can catch small issues before they become big ones.
Wear a Mouthguard
Protect your smile with a custom mouthguard during sports and contact activities.
